While taking Iggy for a walk, he met a friend outside the RV.

He tried to chase the little guy as best he could while on a leash, and managed to get him up a tree. The squirrel then proceeded to pee on Iggy to show his disgust in the situation. We laughed.

The rest of the morning and afternoon was spent doing laundry – which actually went pretty fast. After that we poked around the Denal visitor center and book store before getting ready for dinner.

We ended up taking our new friend out to dinner at 229 Parks Restaurant to thank her for the book and exchange more stories. At the restaurant, we met our dog sitter, who also works at the restaurant! We were going to introduce Jane to her, but they already knew each other! For being a huge park with loads of tourists, it is really a small comunity, which was pretty cool!

After dinner, we camped out near the park for the night. Not a busy day, but productive and enjoyable!
